I’ve been trying to play tennis since I was 1 year old, and I won my first tennis tournament in Chicago when I was 4. Tennis is my passion and I want to become a pro someday.
Now I’m 17 years old and one of the top players in the World for my age (I was ranked #1 in the World for U14s and U16s UTR and I was ranked #1 in the USTA Nationally for 12s, 14s, and 16s). I’ve won 6 Gold balls, 6 Silver balls, and 1 Bronze ball. These are the top awards given at the U.S. National Championships. Since turning 14, I’ve been only mostly playing ITF Juniors (International 18s tournaments) instead of USTA tournaments. I’ve also won 13 ITF Junior Titles and Eddie Herr 16s singles and 14s doubles.
In May 2023, I played my first professional tournament ($25k in Valldoreix, Spain) and won all three Qualifying and one Main Draw match to get my first ATP point! In 2023, I played my first Junior Grand Slam at Roland Garros and also played Junior Wimbledon and Junior U.S. Open. In November, I was part of Team USA which won the bronze at Junior Davis Cup in Cordoba, Spain.
In January 2024 at the Australian Open in Melbourne, I won my first Grand Slam - Junior Boys’ Doubles with my partner Cooper Woestendick. Also in Junior Doubles 2024, Cooper and I made Quarterfinals of the French Open (forfeit - ill) and Semifinals of Wimbledon.
I’m usually in Mallorca or Florida and sometimes in Minnesota when not traveling for tournaments. When not on the tennis court, you can find me on the basketball court or watching sports. I’m a huge Minnesota Timberwolves and sports fan.
